  • a charitable contribution to the National Development Fund in the amount of 100 thousand dollars for the applicant and up to three dependent family members and 125 thousand dollars for a family of 5 or more people. The changes were announced on October 12, 2017 and will be valid until October 31, 2018, after which the contribution will be increased to 200 thousand and 250 thousand, respectively,
  • investments in a business, either amounts to 1.5 million dollars (one investor) or 5 million dollars (two or more investors, each is obliged to contribute at least 400 thousand dollars).
     

Fees:

  • for the option to contribute to the fund - 25 thousand for an application, which includes from 1 to 4 participants, and 15 thousand for each additional family member,
  • for the option of investment in real estate - 50 thousand for the application, which includes from 1 to 4 participants, and 15 thousand for each additional family member.
     

Charges:

  • for legal due diligence in the amount of 7.5 thousand from the main applicant and spouse, 4 thousand for each family member aged 18 to 28 years or over 65 years, 2 thousand for each child from 12 to 17 years.
